Finding a Goal

I recently had a meeting with one of my teachers in dig cit again, where she suggested that instead of focusing solely on music as a coping strategy, I could look at various coping strategies and educate about more than one. This could be done in a series of tweets to educate online, or I could even put up notes around school with facts or information.

Switching to a more general focus would allow me to do more with a series of education flyers or tweets.

A student that took the dig cit class last year, Caitlin Lancaster, had a project that focused on mental health, and she has started a mental health club at school. I met with her last week, and she helped me to find a focus that would allow me to create a concrete product. She also suggested that I do a series of flyers around the school, and I think this is a goal I can accomplish.
