I recently met with my mentor to bounce some ideas off of him. After the meeting, I have decided that I am going to widen my focus from just the usefulness of music to cope with stress, to coping mechanisms in general. This can include music and art, but also includes eating healthy, exercise, and getting enough sleep. I am going to try and share this with my school community by posting flyers around the school, which I have begun to create, and maybe also post on my twitter or instagram to inform. I think providing resources may help people who don't think of these things themselves, and I hope this will be a good direction for my project.
