I finally have a concrete product in the world! Around the school, I have posted flyers with resources that students can scan and download to their phones. These resources include music playlists, ideas for easy and healthy snacks, and encouragement to get active. I really enjoyed making the flyers and I hope that some people will see them and take some advice to better their lives.

I feel like I've learned a lot over the course of my project, even though it may not seem like I've done very much with my project. All the things I've been able to learn about mental health and ways to take care of myself through my project are beginning to help me in my daily life. Even after this school year is over, I think I want to build on my posters, and continue to spread awareness of ways to take care of mental and physical health.

This project feels like it was mostly me learning about mental health and how that relates to my daily life, but I am so happy that I have been able to share some of what I've learned with my community.
